After a terrible break-up, eternal man-child and general loser, Jeremy Pocock, stumbles upon an eccentric gentleman. The gentleman, whom Jeremy comes to be known as 'Sir', proclaims himself 'an explorer'. He believes he has found proof that the earth is indeed flat, and beyond the ice wall that surrounds the flat earth, there are hidden lands. 

Jeremy and Sir forge up a peculiar teacher-student relationship. They find friendship in each other's company when no-one else in society will tolerate them. As Jeremy becomes  convinced of the hidden lands that Sir talks about, they set out on an epic quest to reach them...
